This line includes a sand drying part and a mixing and filling part.
☛ Part for drying sand:
Wet sand is fed through a loader to the bunker, then the sand enters a three-circuit dryer through a disc feeder under the bunker, after drying the sand is fed through an elevator into a screen and ready sand is obtained.
☛ Part for mixing and filling:
This part includes 1pc. cement silo and 1pc big bag unloading machine for dry mix components, There are augers under the sand bunker, silo and unloading machine for feeding these components to the dispenser, which works with the help of sensors under the control of the telegram of the electrical control system. After dosing, the components enter the mixer (the client will make it himself). So, according to a specific recipe, he will carry out the dosing process to the mixer for mixing. And after mixing, the finished mixtures will fall into the bunker for finished products, under such a bunker there is a packer for packing such finished products in bags. The capacity of the general plant is 5-10 tons per hour
