Recently, CORINMAC dry mortar production line project in Kazakhstan successfully completed the installation and commissioning of valve bag packaging machines, column palletizer and a full set of supporting equipment, and officially entered the production stage.
In Kazakhstan's frigid environment, our engineering team overcame the challenges of climate and construction conditions, efficiently completing the entire process from equipment installation to system commissioning.
Valve-type packaging machine: Precise metering, automatic filling, and rapid sealing ensure efficient and stable mortar packaging.
Column palletizer: Automated gripping and precise stacking significantly improve the efficiency and safety of finished product stacking.
Supporting system: From raw material conveying and mixing to packaging and palletizing, the entire process is intelligently linked, achieving minimally manned production.
