The cement silo (demountable design) is designed to receive cement from a cement truck, store it and deliver it along a screw conveyor to the area for preparing concrete mixture.
Loading of cement into the silo is carried out via a pneumatic cement pipeline. To prevent material hanging and ensure uninterrupted unloading, an aeration system is installed in the lower (conical) part of the silo.
The supply of cement from the silo is carried out mainly by a screw conveyor.
To control the level of material in the silos, sensors of the lower and upper level are installed. Also, the silos are equipped with filters with a system of impulse blowing of filter elements with compressed air, which has both remote and local control. The cartridge filter is installed on the upper platform of the silo, and serves to clean the dusty air escaping from the silo under the influence of excess pressure when loading cement.

As standard, the hopper is equipped with a breaker for ripping open soft containers of the "big-bag" type, a butterfly valve designed to fully open, close and regulate the flow of bulk materials from the hopper. at the request of the client, an electromechanical vibrator can be installed on the bin to stimulate the unloading of bulk material.
In the event that the feeding into the bunker is carried out by a screw conveyor or a belt conveyor, an upper level sensor can be installed as an additional configuration, which will automatically stop the supply of material to the bunker after filling it.
