Structural features:

Work process:
After the mixer control system is powered on, it enters the operation interface of man-machine dialogue, and the system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc. Detect each silo and weighing bucket according to the weighing, output empty or full signal, prompt the operator to determine whether to start the stirring control program. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed the metering hopper; open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement tank, start the screw machine motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the metering hopper; open the control valve of the water tank and the admixture tank to make water and external agent flows into the metering hopper. After the metering meets the set requirements, the metering bucket door is opened, and the ingredients enter the activated mixer to mix and mix. When the set time is reached, the mixer door is opened, and the concrete enters the receiving mixing truck.
