Disperser is designed to mix medium hard materials in liquid media. Dissolver is used for the production of paints, adhesives, cosmetic products, various pastes, dispersions and emulsions, etc.
Dispersers can be made in various capacities. Parts and components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. At the request of the customer, the equipment can still be assembled with an explosion-proof drive
The disperser is equipped with one or two stirrers - high-speed gear type or low-speed frame. This gives advantages in the processing of viscous materials. It also increases productivity and the quality level of dispersion. This design of the dissolver allows you to increase the filling of the vessel up to 95%. Filling with recyclable material to this concentration occurs when the funnel is removed. In addition, heat transfer is improved.
The principle of operation of the disperser is based on the use of a high-speed milling mixer thoroughly grinding the product until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
