The valve bag filling machine is designed for packing bulk, powdery and granular products such as dry construction mixtures, cement, sand, lime, slag and other materials into valve bags weighing from 5 to 50 kilograms or more at a speed of up to 300 packages per hour.

Rotary packer

Working principle

The material prepared for filling is loaded with a rotary feeder from the intermediate hopper of the cement filling station into the inlet of the loading branch pipe and then, forcibly, under the pressure of compressed air, is fed into the bag.

Metering of the product is by weight, it is carried out according to the “gross” principle, the product is continuously weighed together with the bag as it is filled. The capacity of the filling station is directly related to the size of the dose of the packed product. When packing a product with a bulk density of 1000 kg / m³ in 50 kg bags, it is up to 8 t / h. The properties of the packed product have a significant effect on the filling speed.

The rotary feeder, which is an integral part of the filling station, is equipped with a quick-detachable side cover that provides easy access to the inner cavity of the rotary feeder for cleaning and visual control. Independent adjustment of the pressure of the compressed air supplied to the filling channel allows the filling station to be used to work with various products, including those difficult in terms of filling. The free section of the dosing valve in the "thin" flow mode is adjustable, which makes it possible to adjust the dosing error in the required range. The bags of material to be filled are supported on a stationary support.

After releasing the clamp, the bag falls onto a belt-type receiving conveyor with a 180 ° turn under its own weight. The vertical and horizontal position is adjusted in accordance with the dimensions of the bags. The receiving conveyor is equipped with guards to ensure the correct position of the bags on the belt. Bags with material are stacked on pallets and delivered to the warehouse or immediately sent for shipment to vehicles.

Working principle

The material prepared for filling is loaded from the intermediate hopper of the filling station through the inlet, closed by a flap, into the chamber of the pneumatic blower. On a signal from a level sensor built into the chamber of the pneumatic blower, the flap closes and compressed air is supplied to the chamber, forming an air-air mixture, which is transported into the bag through an open pneumatic metering valve and loading nozzle. Dosing of the product - by weight, is carried out on the basis of the "gross" principle, the product is continuously weighed together with the bag as it is filled. After weighing the required amount of material in the bag, the metering pneumatic valve closes, preventing the material from entering the bag, the pressure pneumatic cylinder is activated, releasing the bag valve and the pneumatic cylinder of the dump mechanism, lowering the tray with the filled bag down. The bag under its own weight at an angle of 90 degrees is dumped onto the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor and through it is fed to the finished product warehouse. For loading bags, belt conveyors (conveyors) of the "LK" series can be used.

The capacity of the filling station is directly related to the size of the dose of the packed product. When packing a product with a bulk density of 1000 kg / m³ in 50 kg bags, it is about 18 t / h. The properties of the packed product have a significant effect on the filling speed.

Open bag packer


Description
 
The open bag filling machine is designed for powdery, fine crystalline and granular substances in open bags weighing from 10 to 50 kg. The packer in open bags can be used at enterprises of a wide range of sectors of the national economy as part of lines for the production and packaging of bulk products (including, in rooms with special requirements for dust content).

Working principle
 
This packer is a single frame structure, in the upper part of which a screw conveyor and a loading unit are mounted, including: a loading branch pipe with a pneumatic lock, an aspiration system (if necessary), a strain gauge system, and a mechanism for fixing the bag neck. A belt conveyor is installed at the bottom of the frame.
