The simple production line is suitable for the production of powder products such as dry mortar and putty powder, etc. The equipment configuration is simple and practical, occupies small space, low investment costs, low maintenance costs, and is ideal for small dry powder product processing plants. The standard configuration is as follows:

Screw feeder：

Screw conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment suitable for dry powder, fodder and other non-sticky materials. It is used to convey dry powder, cement, gypsum powder and other raw materials to the mixer in the production line. A material feeding port is provided at the lower end of the screw conveyor provided by us, and workers will put raw materials into the port. The spiral blade is made of alloy steel plate, and the corresponding thickness of steel plate is used according to the different materials to be conveyed. The two ends of the spiral shaft adopt special sealing structures to reduce the impact of dust on the bearing.

Spiral Ribbon Mixer:

The spiral ribbon mixer has simple structure, good mixing performance, low energy consumption, large loading coefficient (generally 4% -7% of the mixing chamber volume), convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for mixing two or three materials. For better mixing effect and shortening mixing time, we have designed advanced three-return ribbon winding; the cross-sectional area, pitch of the ribbon and the gap between the inner wall surface of the container can be designed according to the different materials. In addition, the discharge port of the machine can be equipped with manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve to apply to different working conditions.

Finished product warehouse:

The finished product warehouse is a closed warehouse made of alloy steel plates for storing the mixed product materials. A material inlet, a breathing system and a dust collecting device are arranged on the top of the warehouse. The cone part of the bin is equipped with pneumatic vibrator and arch breaking device to prevent the material from being blocked in the cabin.

Valve bag packing machine:

According to the requirements of different customers, we can provide three different types of packaging machines, impeller type, air blowing type and air floating type. The business manager will choose the most suitable one for you. The weighing module is the core part of the valve bag packaging machine. The weighing sensors, weighing controllers and electronic control components used in our packaging machines are first-class brands, with large ranges, high accuracy, and sensitive feedback, the weighing error is ± 0.2% kg. The equipment listed above is the basic type of this type of production line. If you need to realize the automatic batching function of raw materials, you can add a batching scale bucket in the production line. If you need to reduce dust in the workplace and improve the working environment of the workers, you can add a small pulse dust collector.
